Orders and pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders that we cannot fulfill. If we cancel an order, we'll refund the amount paid.

Product use and safety

Our toys are intended for supervised pet play. Inspect toys before each use and remove damaged items. Laser toys should never be pointed at eyes, and laser play should always be supervised. Catnip is not a substitute for veterinary care.

Intellectual property

The FYNIGO name, logo, product photos, and site content are owned by FYNIGO PET and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FYNIGO PET is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of China. Disputes will be handled in the courts of the place where FYNIGO PET is established, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
