How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery is typically around 10 business days after dispatch. Remote destinations or customs may take a little longer. You'll get a tracking link by email.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping on orders over $25. Orders under $25 ship for a flat $4. Customs duties or import taxes may apply in some countries.

What if my cat doesn't like the toy?

You're covered by our 30-day happy-cat guarantee. Email service@fynigo.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you with a return or exchange. Items should be unused and in their original packaging; catnip and chewed toys can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.

Are laser toys safe for cats?

Yes, when used responsibly. Never shine a laser in your cat's eyes, always supervise play, and let your cat "catch" the dot on a toy every few minutes so play doesn't become frustrating. Keep laser toys away from children.

Do the laser toys need batteries?

Most FYNIGO laser toys are USB rechargeable. The 2-pack and 3-color pen sets use AA or AAA batteries (not included). Check the product page for details.

Is catnip safe?

Catnip is generally safe for cats. Some cats are unaffected by it, and kittens under 6 months may not respond. Introduce it gradually and supervise play. Catnip is not a substitute for veterinary care.

How do I clean the toys?

Wipe hard toys with a damp cloth and mild soap. Spot-clean plush toys and let them air-dry completely. Don't machine-wash toys with bells, batteries, or crinkle material.

Can I change my shipping address?

Email us within 12 hours of ordering. Once an order is dispatched, we can't change the address.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show movement. If it hasn't updated after 10 business days, email us.
